Jiuli established Post-Doctoral Research Center in Dec. 2010 which was approved as National Post-Doctoral Research Center in Sept. 2013.

Jiuli attract the high quality postdoctoral fellows from Zhejiang University and Shanghai University etc. to drive the company’s innovation. Many researches has been carried out for scientific and technological ability for innovation, such as manufacturing techniques and properties research for Incoloy 800 nuclear steam generator tube, the effect of alloy 690 grain boundary structure on alloy element segregation at the grain boundary, techniques research on grain boundary of alloy 690 material, etc.

Post-Doctoral Research Center promotes the cooperation between JIULI and colleges and innovation capability. Also it does good to talents exchange and cultivation.

Dr. Li Jun of the Shanghai Univer for "nuclear steam generator for Incoloy800 alloy tube alloy tube making process and performance of" in the station during the project, starting from the study of grain boundary engineering process, using factor variable method, through the research of the deformation and annealing of cold rolled, optimal state engineering technology of Incoloy800 alloy, and the annealing time and research effect of cold deformation on the grain boundary character distribution, improve the corrosion resistance of austenitic alloy, improve the service life of the material, reduce cost, save resources.

2012 inbound Dr. Li Hui main research project for the "690 alloy grain boundary structure on the alloy elements in the grain boundary segregation effect", "steam generator tube material Inconel690 alloy grain boundary engineering technology research" and "grain boundary engineering technology in austenitic stainless steel pipe or plate production in the application of the research, provided the impetus for the the company's technological innovation.
